MATUNDA YA KUHUDHURIA MAFUNZO YA UJASIRIAMALI KIVITENDO NA KUTHUBUTU KUYAFANYIA KAZI MAFUNZO NA KUKUBALI KUELEKEZWA NA KUSIMAMIWA IPASAVYO

Katika eneo la Tegeta kuelekea Twiga cement karibu na kanisa la KKKT kuna mfugaji mzuri wa samaki Ndugu KIbona ambaye hivi majuzi amevuna mazao yake ya kwanza katika Bwawa lake ambalo ukiliona utapenda kufuga samaki.Katika kufanya zoezi la Monitoring and evalution tuliamua kwenda kumtembelea Ndugu huyu kama kawaida ya shirika letu la Africa Upendo Group na kwa pamoja tulikutanika pamoja na wataalamu wetu mbalimbali kama Consaltant wetu kutoka Open Mind Tanzania ndugu Dominic Nduguru,Mwalimu KIssai na Mwalimu Lishela kutoka Mbegani fisheries Development Centre,Ndugu Neatness Msemo Mwenyekiti Mtendaji wa AUG,Dr.Ramadhani Shaban Katibu Mkuu wa AUG,Goodchance Sangiwa Mkurugenzi wa Fedha na mipango wa AUG na Dada Ruth Rinden Mhasibu Mkuu wa AUG.Hawa kwa pamoja,wakiambatana na  wajumbe wengine walikuwa faraja sana kwa Ndugu KIbona na Kwa utaalamu mkubwa aliweza kuvuna samaki katika Bwawa lake ambalo kwa kweli inaonekana ameiva kwelikweli baada ya kupata semina iliyoendeshwa mwaka mmoja uliopita na shirika lisilo la kiserikali la Africa Upendo Group(AUG).Ndugu KIbona ni mmoja wa wanafunzi ambayo walipata semina na mafunzo kivitendo na wapo wanasemina wengi mfano dada Rachel Mapande na wengine ambao ni miongoni mwa wanasemina ambao waliyatendea kazi mafunzo.Dada Rachel yeye alishavuna miezi kadhaa iliyopita na hivi sasa ana mikakati ya kujenga Bwawa kubwa lingine ili anapovuna hawa apate mbegu ya kuwafuga katika bwawa jipya badala ya kwenda tena KInguruwira au kunduchi au Mbegani .Ameona ni vema aanze kuzalisha mbegu kwa wingi hata kuwauzia watu wengine watakaohitaji.Kaka Kibona na yeye ana mpango wa kujenga mabwawa mengi zaidi pale tegeta pamoja na eneo lake kubwa huko Madale kwani ameona faida kubwa.Samaki ni rahisi sana kufugwa kwani hawahitaji chakula kingi na hawana magonjwa wanachohitaji zaidi ni chakula kidogo tu na hewa zaidi.Karibu katika

AUG Principle Objective.
The AUG key objective is to create a society that is free from various social problems that
hinders social economic progress. It is therefore our plan to build a stronger future that lies
on efficient utilization of knowledge to succeed in whatever developmental action that
should be taken.
AUG is an organization of Action and do not believe that there are some members in the
community who do not like to change towards achieving development, we deeply
researched that the critical obstacle to many Tanzanian youth is ignorance that limits their
exposure to various social and economic opportunities that are available due to the lack of
education resulted from abject poverty from family level especially in squatter urban and
rural areas.
We pledge to adopt the Participatory Approach as a model of intervention from
conceptualization to finalization of various programmes that we shall implement. We
truthfully deem in democracy and in a value free conception that degrade any kind of bias
when it comes to transparence in decision making of the needy people.
As we are going to be very unique in our Project implementation, we do not expect to
miscalculate any important idea/challenge that might be exposed by our associates and non
associates as we truly understand that challenges are sometimes imperative for a bright
organization and a colorful future of our members.
We believe that information is the power that leads to perfect project operationalization.

 Specific Objectives.
i. To establish and promote sustainable income generation projects in pursuit of creating self-
  employment opportunities for young men and women and to foster the self help projects for
 the disadvantaged groups in the society.
ii. To promote public awareness, education and training in entrepreneurial skills in advancing
   societal well being and management of small and medium businesses.
iii. To disseminate knowledge on preventive measures while fostering behavior change against
    HIV/AIDS pandemic, its control, mitigation and community sensitization, conducting
   seminars, dialogues, workshops and encouraging debates and public dialogues aimed at
  raising awareness on issues of HIV/AIDS, civil and socio-economic rights of these groups
iv. To mobilize financial resource through fund raising activities, voluntary contributions, charity,
   donations and in any other way appropriate required by Upendo to finance its developmental
  activities.
v. To cooperate, affiliate or associate with any non-governmental, governmental or inter-
  governmental organization whose aims and objectives are in part or in whole similar to the
 objectives of the Organization.
vi. To promote public awareness in the field of environmental protection, create networks with
   public interest and human rights organization, non-governmental organization, relevant
  research institutions, legal companies etc.
vii. To encourage social, psychological, and moral welfare of the social groups as identified in
    the mission statement thereby dispensing knowledge for democracy and human rights.
viii. To reinforce on Poverty alleviation strategies from family level, to extend the knowledge on
     protective factors for drug abuse reduction purpose and been aware to all social problems
    that jeopardize human life.

AUG is currently operating in Dar es Salaam, with plans to set up regional offices in other
parts of the country as financial resource becomes available.
