A BRIEF REPORT ON CHILDREN RIGHS TRAINING PARENTS AND GUARDIANS IN LUGEYE CENTRE

01. INTRODUCTION

The Hope Relief Orphan Children Village is an community Based organization (CBO) with Registration No. MDC/CBO/629 of 14 April 2014.

 

HROV management arrangement is as follow:-

-         General Assembly

-         Departments

-         Office Bearers

• Treasures

 

02. HROV MAIN OBJECTIVES ARE

-         To promote life skills and Social accountability among community concern child development

-         To establish the orphans and most vulnerable children centre.

-         To provide quality and standard education for child in community

-         To proved health services to orphans and most vulnerable children

-         To mobilizing resources to facilitate child engagement in wealth creation for development

03. ACTIVITIES DONE

Parents and guardians who have children in the centre through HROVC getting training on children right and sexual harassment. These trading were done in the children centre (Lugeye store) these training have been given to more than thirty five (35) parents and guardians which included village local government workers.

• Children rights
• Service to disability child
• Sexual harassment

 

04. ____ FAST AND LUNCH

The all participants getting tea and lunch living proper time according to the time table, of curce enjoying very much delicision food which prepared by the HROV management

 

05. WAY OUT.

All participants after having training on children rights keep stralegic to protect children their environment (home, school and community). The plan setup include.

 

-         To report any issue of children harassment to the responsible authority even through to use government free number as 0800110017 for children protection.

 

-         To educate the all community concern children Right’s by public meeting and to the leaders.

 

-         To ensure that all parents and guardian to involve totally to bring children’s their right’s in education, health and other services

-         To make sure that all children keeping in the centre attend without missing the day of Saturday in order to take services which takes place.
