ZANAB is carrying out a Grassroot seminar and training to young leades and youth on HIV/AIDS whereby they have covered history and expanse of the HIV/AIDS pandemic since it was first known in America and the virus discovered in France various statistics were voiced to them and surprisingly most could recall without hesitation on the various prevalencies country by country and county by county.Remarkable. Sadly it was noted the prevalence among children and youth most of whom reside in the south of the saharan region. Despite an incresing potion of the population do take VCT and numeous centers established the pandemic absorbs more of the population rapidly. As such the spread was covered comprehensively seeking to answer if Zanzibar without the pandemic was possible. It was agreed that it was possible if lobbying and advocacy was enhanced along all sectors in private and public society. The definitions in use were brainstormed along how possible it was to stop the scourge and enhance better practice behaviours and customs at the society level. Since 18th ,19th and 20th February from 8.00a.m to 3.30p.m  participant enthusiasm was tremendously encouraged by Bi Sabaha's(Pemba) had facilitations in total participation and understanding by all participants.
