On our observation, we suggest that, may be lets the government of Tanzania partner-up with a number of non government Humanitarian organizations especially CYWADO-TANZANIA to encounter this tremendous upheavals which are against humanity.  Look! people cant live like animals. And these are all consequences of April -29th -Bomb blasts from Mbagala military camp, so lets Human rights be watched with concern.
