Sisi kama MARAFIKI WA ELIMU MBEYA, tumelipokea hili kwa furaha kubwa na tunaahidi kushirikiana nao kwa hali na mali.Hata hivyo ushauri ni kuwaomba wanafunzi wa vyuo toka vyuo vyote nchini wenye asili ya MBeya washirikiane nasi kuandaa mpango huu wa kwenda kufundisha katika shule za kata kwa kujitolea.
VIVYO HIVYO, MARAFIKI WA ELIMU MBEYA tunaomba kupata ushirikiano kwa wadau wote wa maendeleo kuunga mkono swala hili kwa kujitoa kwa kila namna ili kufankiskisha zoezi hili.

MARAFIKI WA ELIMU MBEYA(MEM) is looking for volunteers who can assist daily undertaking of several activities. The most wanted volunteers include people with the following skills

1.JOURNALISM & MASS COMMUNICATION SKILLS

These are needed for the purpose of helping to train young reporters

2.PROJECT PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS

These are needed to work with MEM officers so as to plan and implement different projects  with focus on goals, vision and mission of MARAFIKI WA ELIMU MBEYA

3.TEACHERS/TEACHING SKILLS

These are also needed for major two reasons

(i) Work as trainers in different training to be done by MEM

(ii) Work as volunteer teachers in Ward schools with special requirements of teachers. Much emphasize in placed on science teachers who can teach Physics, Basic Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology. However Arts also are needed to supplement efforts of teachers in some ward schools with few teachers.MEM

4.SOCIAL WORKERS

To assist MEM in all activities of organizing and running outreach programs and running teaching programs as well as counseling to  vulnerable and victims  (HIV/AIDS positive children, street children etc) children and youth.

5.EDUCATION ACTIVIST AND PROGRAM CONSULTANTS FROM DIFFERENT ORGANIZATION

MARAFIKI WA ELIMU MBEYA has variety of projects as shown on the project column. In order for all these projects we need supports from individuals, organization and Government.

4.Material supports and skills are also part of donation

All in all MEM projects will only be successful if people will decide to support our movement. Example Training of children basing on leadership and TV/Radio presentation requires sponsors who can help us to buy airtime from media, Research and publication about street children and other children who are vulnerable like HIV/AIDS positive.

Moreover, Donation can help MEM to run the project of hiring teachers who are expected to supplement efforts of excelling in academics in ward schools.

MEM is looking for VOLUNTEERS who can work with Children ,Youth and society at large.The following are the most needed:-
1.Fresh graduate of Journalism & Mass communication(2 POSTS),
2.Fresh graduate of Project Planning and Management(2 POSTS),
3.Fresh graduate of social work (1 POST) 
4.Fresh graduate in Education and community Development (1 POST)
