The center operates with the following actors:

The role of the center will be bassed upon provision of the following services to domestic tourist as well foreign tourists.

1. Establishing of flower gardens and vegetable gerdens for the purpose of tourism industry.
2. Marketing promotion of local tourism which include natural and artificial attractions.
3. Support the community with facilities and capacity to promote tourism industry.
4. Network with tourism bodies in particular the NGOs,PSOs including the local Government agencies.
5. Provide training to foreignors particulaly Kiswahili orientation.
6. Provide Library services  to domestic and foreign tourists.
7. Mapp and remapping the new atttractions seen of significant value.
8. Provide short course training for  tourism attraction.

The following attractions will be marketed under this promotion:

1.      Tour to  Lake Burigi in Muleba District

1.    Tour to Mugongo plateau mountains.
2.    Tour to the King`s   palace at Kabale,Muleba  and Kishanda.
3.    Tour to the Islands of Makibwa ,Bumbiire and Rubili.
4.   Tour to Lake Ikimba Basin.
5.   Tour to the remains of Dictator Id Amin war at Kyaka.
6.   Tour Bugonzi water fall in Kamachumu.
7. Tour to the indeginous African food markets at Katoro  and Nshamba in Muleba and Bukoba District.
8. Tour the remains of the Kings palace at Kanazi.
9. Tour to the Handcraft center located at Ilemera.

10. Tour to the green belt in Kagabiro village with the view of Muleba District council  quarters and the King- Kijunwangoma tree.

HURUMA NATURAL HERITAGE CENTER(HNHC) was established  in 2012 .The center follows the work already done by other stakeholders in Kagera Region,Tanzania; particularly the work done by KAGERA TOURISM BOARD(KATODEA).The center works as a program under Human Rural and Urban Multisectoral Advancement(HURUMA).

The center fulfils the Vision and Mission of the National Strategic plan on tourism which focuses on improving domestic and foreign tourism.

Muleba District and particularly Kagera Region is among the gifted areas with many tourist attractions of most significance. The initiator worked closely  along with the secretatary of KATODEA , Mr Peter Karugila and reviwed the common attraction which needs to be advertised.Most of them being in Muleba District.It is anticipated that if these attractions are promoted the economy in Kagera Region will be raised and particulaly the income of Muleba District,refering to Local Government and the general population.
