The orphans and vulnerable children at Kinku village are being provided with shoes, soap, clothes and school materials. This was on 23rd of July 2016 at Kinku village, Mungaa Ward and Mungaa Division in Ikungi District.

The photo above is about training which takes place at Kinku village on 23rd July 2016. The training was concerning Health lesson which on that the children with their caregivers benefited from it.The Facilitator insisted on providing the orphans and vulnerable children with nutritious food, and also being aware of infectious diseases by being smart in our physical health, environment, etc. With the children and the caregivers, also the village's government leaders attended.

Including the Education facilitated by the OVCC member Mr. Nason Ibrahim, OVCC also provided the orphans and vulnerable children with clothes, soap, pencils, exercise books and pens. This is for the goal of supporting them in their Education for better results in the futurity of their life. Also the caregivers were provided with clothes, soap to encourage them with good work they do for caring the orphans and vulnerable childre. At Muhintiri village on 28th May 2016,the OVCC members are here educating the caregivers and the orphans and vulnerable children about stigmatism that the other caregivers treat the orphaans and vulnerable children. The Facilitator has gone deeply by giving some illustration that he has by his own eyes seen some of the other orphans and vulnerable children are stigmatized and do sleep with the goats, somethig that annoided him and took some decision to help such kind of the orphans children to come out of such stigmatism. Mr. Nason Ibrahim told the caregivers to well treat the orphans children they live with them and make sure that they send them to school for the Education. The workshop was shared by the village's government leaders and they also have insisted that the Muhintiri villagers should immitate an example given by OVCC on taking care of the orphans and vulnerable children.

After finishing to Educate the caregivers and the underprivileged children or orphans and vulnerable children; they together were happy to raise up the materials that OVCC has provided them as a sign to develop the event so that the OVC (Orphans and Vulnerable Children) get the access to Education. This day was on 30th April 2016.

Inluding the teachings or education that has been provided to the caregivers and the orphans and underprivileged children the OVCC organization does not forget to support the OVC with school materials and hygiene materials as an example to be imitated by the community so that the children may get education. It was at Nkuhi village on 30th April 2016 when this event took place.

At Nkuhi village OVCC members have done a great work to educate the caregivers and the orphans and underprivileged children about the "Importance of having a child"; because if somebody is possessing the child as his/her own child, it is something very vital in life. For the children o a child a resource for the future. Many things can be done by the child if she/he is well brought up. This event has taken place at Nkuhi village on 30th April 2016 when the OVCC organization was in her duty to serve the orphans and vulnerable children.

One of the OVCC Drama group is educating the caregivers on how the other orphans and are being mistreated by their caregivers. He is showing how the orphans and vulnerable children are given heavy tasks by the other unfair caregivers, the children are not given opportunities to participate in family planning and decision making, and all the time they feel hated,isolated and discriminated. According to his show of drama, the caregivers and the children felt deeply touched by the show and the teaching until some of them started to bring out tears from their cheecks. Through the drama, people of Kinyampembee village with their governmental village leaders have decided to change from ndiscriminating the orphans and vulnerable children to giving them their basic Rights including bringing them to school so that they build their good future. The event took place on 19th March 2016 when some of the OVCC Facilitator and other members travelled and reached the place for working.

The children are with school materials after even their caregivers were mostly insisted by the Facilitator that every child should be given his or her Rights and the supirior one is to send them to school. Here is also at Kinyampembee village on 19th March 2016.

The orhans and vulnerable children at Kinyampembee village are provided with school materials and soap after being taught or educated by the OVCC Facilitator about Child's Rights. The event took place on 19th March 216 at Kinyampembee village, Muhintiri Ward. At this village, peole are used of not sending their children to school for studies, instead they prefer let them go take care of the cattle, and doing other home activities.
