A Secondary school orphan student is receiving school materials at Kinyampembee village infront of Ward Executive Officer, Division Officer and Regional Community Welfare Officer when OVCC was in its work on 1st December, 2012. The student (she) was very happy to get such a support from OVCC for her more learning. She is in Form Three Level.

A Regional Community Welfare Officer, Mama Zuhura Karya is talking to the meeting for supporting and training caregivers, other villagers, village's government leaders, Ward Government leaders and the orphans and vulnerable children at Kinyampembee village. She urged the community in General to follow an example which OVCC Organiztion is doing for the orphans and vulnerable children so that these children may feel loved, cared for and prepare their better futurity.

Orphans and vulnerable children with the school materials such as exercise books, pens and pencils after being supported by OVCC at Kinyampembee village on 1st December, 2012. The caregivers were also given pieces of soap so that they could clean children's clothes and theirs too.The OVCC goal is to make sure that those orphans and vulnerable children who do not have school materials and have been discouraged going to school in case of lack of those materials, may start going to school and increase their learning effort. Pieces of soap could be used for their uniform cleanness ready for school.

One of the OVCC members, Jacob Ntandu is teaching the caregivers and the villagers at Kinyampembee village on"How to treat fearly or equally orphans and vulnerable children.This event took place when OVCC held a training day at Kinyampembee village on 1st December, 2012.

Real people of Utaho B were happy to hear about "Supporting orphans and vulnerable children is not only the duty for several people who are some how possessing wealth, but also  is an idea to be worked through" so that together as the community can change the OVC lives situation and make them feel loved, cared for and esteemed. This lesson was given by the OVCC member during the meeting at Utaho B on 19th Nov, 2012.

OVCC members are discussing in the meeting with Utaho A villagers about on how they are also responsible in caring for the orphans and vulnerable children. Also together we discussed about how the villagers are responsible to participate in dicission making for their own activities and rights using their village's by laws to control their activities and responsibilities. This action took place on 19th Nov, 2012 at Utaho B village.

Health workers at Puma Dispensary are talking with OVCC member about lacking of Health workers they have in that Dispensary.They would be happy to get Health volunteers who also could visit villages to educate the community about HIV/AIDS Preventions and other dangerous diseases. On 30th of October, 2012 the discussion took place.
