Orphans children are with pieces of bread for their breakfast after being given by OVCC on 25th July 2015 at Puma village (a small town). These are few of the orphans and vulnerable children who live at Puma which their approximately number is more than 100 of them. They were real happy to be given these pieces of bread regarding to the lack of food they have in their homes (with their caregivers) according to the very little rain rained in the areas this year. So, they need more help from other people and stakeholders so that they can survive the hunger.
some of the OVCC members are ready to provide the orphans and vulnerable children with pieces of bread while trying to support them with shortage of food. The event took place at Puma near the OVCC office on 25th July 2015. The children who were supported were only few of the orphans and vulnerable children at only Puma village (a small town).
OVCC members are in the Annual meeting receiving reports about the OVCC works done from July 2014 to June 2015. From OVCC members the meeting, the reports will be sent to the government concerned offices, stakeholders and the supporters. This meeting has been held on 27th June 2015.
OVCC members also are providing the orphans and vulnerable children with food at Puma (a small town) on 9th May 2015. There was a desperate need of food to them and that is why the OVCC members contributed from their own the food to support these kind of children at Puma.
Rehema Meshaki is teaching the children about Caring, loving, giving them their rights and not to discriminate them according to their basic needs. She said that the orphans and vulnerable children need love, well care and rights like the other children with the parents. She gave an illustration to call two of the children and taught the others through them.
OVCC members are on the service on 9th May 2015 while Mr. Daniel J.Ngoi was teaching the orphans and vulnerable children with their caregivers and the village's leaders about escaping HIV/AIDS and Malaria infections.This event took place on 9th May 2015 at Puma village (small town).Real the children and the caregivers were transformed with this teachings.
The orphans and vulnerable children and the other children are encouraged by being given sweets and biscuits when they were visited by the OVCC members on 21st April 2015. The children were happy to share even the Word of God that they should be of great faith in God for their life instead of living discouraged by their life situation.
Orphans and vulnerable children with the other children are provided with biscuits and sweets after being encouraged by the teachings that they should be of great faith in trusting and believing in God for their studies and life just like Shadrack, Meshack and Obedinago in the Sacred books that they hold their faith in God and then great changes happened as they became one of rulers of their nation by the time. So the children also were encouraged not to look on their infirmities but becoming cheerful and believe that things would be good for their future. This event took place on 21st April 2015 at Wibia primary school.
Some of the OVCC members visited orphans and vulnerable children and the other children who are at Wibia promary school and talk with them and encourage them to be respecting their teachers and listen from them whenever they are taught the lessons. The pupils have been urged to study hard so that they are able to pass the coming exams, and that's the step forward to success.Also the pupils were advised to love God so that they can be good and faithful ones in the future. An event took place on 31st March 2015 at Wibia primary school.
With love and full of care, OVCC members are handling the school materials to the orphans and vulnerable children on 15th March 2015 during the evening time at Mfumbu sub-village at Puma village (or a small town) for the goal of improving their studies at school. The OVCC goal to provide the school materials to the orphans and vulnerable children is that go on with their studies at schools and get the education for their better futurity; for the "Education is the Key to Life".
