Taarifa iliyotolewa na Katibu Mkuu Kiongozi, Bwana Phillemon Luhanjo, inasema kuwa Bwana Fanuel E. Mbonde, Katibu Mkuu, Ofisi ya Rais, Ikulu, anahamishiwa Wizara ya Katiba na Sheria, na Bwana Alphayo Kidata, Naibu Katibu Mkuu, Ofisi ya Rais, Ikulu, anahamishiwa Ofisi ya Waziri Mkuu, Tawala za Mikoa na Serikali za Mitaa (TAMISEMI).
