individual development is very important since from the individual development we come to develop the whole society. thus it is very important for any able bodied person to determine himself how important he/she is for the development of the country .meaning that by personal awareness we will get a better people who are valuable to contribute to the development of the country through ideas, knowledge,experience which is crucial for the development. my self a conglatulate those people in tanzania who daily workhard for the sake of the country.
