PFT ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE,STAFFING AND MANAGEMENT The overall management structure of Poverty Fighting Tanzania (PFT) is made up of the Annual General Meeting,The Board and the Managing director,the AGM is the supreme organ of the organization. The managing director who is also secretary of the board is in-charge of the day-to-day management and implementation of the organization's development activities. PFT manages the programmes through a term consituted by Managing director,Programme manager,Director of Administration and Finance,Head of Education and Training,Project Accountant,Site Facilitators and Office Secretary. PFT organizational structure supports implementation of the organizational programmes,the structure combines the administrave and projects organizational and staffs have created a storng bond of team work supported with spirit of hard working. Financial Management,is important to the integrity and credibility of PFT,Financial accounting is highly accepted and implemented,managed,monitored and protected. BOARD All board members have a part to play in governing the organization,ensure good use of the organization's finances as it is accountable to beneficiaries and to donors,this can be done in a number of different ways,such as to identify and approve the annual budget ensuring it covers the activities identified and maintanance of organization's assets,Monitor fundrainsing progress and Income is keeping up with planned expenditure,Commission an indepedent financial audit each year to ansure that the financial systems and processes are sound,efficient and effective. PFT Muundo, Utumishi NA USIMAMIZI jumla ya muundo wa usimamizi wa Umaskini wa Kupambana Tanzania (PFT) imeundwa na Mkutano Mkuu, Bodi na Mkurugenzi Mtendaji, AGM ni chombo mkuu wa shirika. Mkurugenzi mkuu ambaye pia ni katibu wa bodi ni katika-malipo ya usimamizi wa siku hadi siku na utekelezaji wa shughuli za shirika la maendeleo. PFT itaweza programu zetu kwa muda consituted na mkurugenzi Mtendaji, Mkurugenzi wa Utawala na Fedha, Mkuu wa Elimu na Mafunzo, Mhasibu Mradi, wawezeshaji Site na Ofisi ya Katibu. PFT muundo inasaidia utekelezaji wa programu ya shirika, muundo unachanganya administrave miradi na asasi na wafanyakazi tumemuumba dhamana storng ya kazi ya timu mkono na roho ya kazi ngumu. Usimamizi wa fedha, ni muhimu kwa uadilifu na uaminifu wa PFT, uhasibu Financial ni yenye kukubalika na kutekelezwa, na kusimamiwa, kufuatiliwa na kulindwa. BODI Wajumbe wa bodi wote kuwa na sehemu ya kucheza katika zinazosimamia shirika, kuhakikisha matumizi mazuri ya fedha za shirika hilo kama ni kuwajibika kwa walengwa na kwa wafadhili, hii inaweza kufanyika kwa njia mbalimbali, kama vile kutambua na kupitisha bajeti ya mwaka kuhakikisha ni inashughulikia shughuli kutambuliwa na maintanance ya mali za shirika hilo, Kufuatilia fundrainsing maendeleo na Mapato ni kuweka juu na matumizi yaliyopangwa, Tume ya indepedent fedha za ukaguzi kila mwaka ili ansure kwamba mifumo ya fedha na processe ni ya sauti, na madhubuti.
