The formation of Community Support Group (CSG) is the result of personal initiative and efforts made by Mr. Alex I. Mziray who is a long time HIV/AIDS activist in Arusha Tanzania. CSG has been registered on May 2006 with the Ministry of Home Affair in the United Republic of Tanzania and given certificate number SO. NO. 14318.
