Oblige for Vulnerable Children Tanzania (OVCT) is a none forprofit organization, formerly was Known as Orphans and Vulnerable Children Care (OVCC) started operating in 2007 after being registered in the Ministry of Home Affairs in May 2017, and work only in Ikungi District area. But now it has been registered as NGO by the name of "Oblige for Vulnerable Children Tanzania" (OVCT) and is legal to work National wide (Tanzania Mainland), with the Registration No:

00NGO/0009162 of 24th April 2017.

The OVCT Headquarters is at a small town called Puma which is in Ikungi District and Singida region in the Country of Tanzania.

OVCT works in advocating for orphans and vulnerable children in the following categories:-

              1. Education; on this category, OVCT goal is to make sure that the community and the other stakeholders are stimulated to support the orphans and vulnerable children for their education (this is to make sure that these kind of children are not back-forgotten  in Education.

             2. Health; on this category, OVCT has also to make sure sharing with the government leaders, Health Officials, Health stakeholders and whole community in general to improve the OVC health and fight against malnutrition, diseases, etc.

             3. Human Rights; OVCT has to advocate for orphans and vulnerable children for their rights and for the rights of the other marginalised people.

             4. Development; OVCT as an organization has to try its best to tackle poverty which is greatly embraced the orphans and vulnerable children with their caregivers and whole community in general by educating them about Life Skills as targeting to build their confidence for self- reliance.

             5. HIV/AIDS;  OVCT has to educate the orphans and vulnerable children, caregivers and the whole community in gerneral by conducting training and local meetings arround the villages and alart them about HIV/AIDS infections.

Mission Statement:-

OVCT believes that orphans and vulnerable children need equal rights, fairly treated, well educated,good health, shelter and dignity unconditionally.

Yatima na Watoto Hatarini Care (OVCC) ni shirika lisilo ambayo ilianza mwaka 2006 na wanapata iliyosajiliwa na Serikali ya Tanzania Mei, 2007. Sisi ziko katika wilaya ya Singida Vijijini katika mkoa wa Singida. Makao Makuu yetu iko katika mji mdogo aitwaye Puma.

OVCC kazi ya kusaidia watoto yatima na wasiojiweza. Tunaamini kwamba watoto hawa tunahitaji haki sawa na mahitaji ya msingi kwa bora ya maisha yao ya baadaye. OVCC inafanya stadi za maisha semina kwa walezi wa watoto yatima na wasiojiweza na jamii kwa ujumla ili kufanya jamii kuwa na ufahamu wa watoto hawa na huduma kwa ajili ya mahitaji yao.

OVCC anaamini kwamba watoto yatima na wasiojiweza tunahitaji haki sawa, haki kutibiwa, vizuri elimu, afya bora, malazi na utu bila masharti.
