Envaya welcomes its newest member to the team: Thad Kerosky. Thad Kerosky worked as an ICT volunteer in Mpwapwa, Tanzania with Peace Corps and the Tanzanian Ministry of Education for several years from 2007. Since returning to the US and as he joins the Envaya team, he has been crafting code solutions in the midwest and weaving together threads of East African and programmer-oriented ICT4D into forward-looking write-ups on ICTWorks. Thad brings to Envaya technical experience and a thorough understanding of the ICT challenges and opportunities for East African civil society.
