The association has the following mode of staff

      Employed staff ( contract basis)

2. Conservation awareness officer
3. Gift shop manager
4. Office attendant

     Part time staff ( volunteers)

Board of Trustee and Technical committee

JECA has a board of Trustee that consist of four members, and the multidisciplinary technical committee that consists of 13 members from different Institutions dealing with Natural resources Management and Community development
