1. To address adverse issues ranging from lobbying, advocacy, human rights to social services provision, to bring creativity, innovation, sustain in promoting attitude on provision of social serces in the community and develop strong community links thereby playing a catalytic in improving the delivery of various social services to the suffering of the poor and discriminated population without distinction of any kind, such as race, color, sex, language, Religions, political, or other opinions, National, or social origin, property, birth or other status or any other limitation of sovereignty.
2. This requires that, Tumaini group kirumi Tanzania as a non-profit making organization is not self servicing, but aiming to improve directly the circumstance and prospects of a particular group or act on concern and issues which are destrimental to the well being, circumstance or prospects of people or society as a whole.
3. To establish programmes lead to promote standard of living to the most suffering of the poor and discrimineted population by introducing sustainable development programmes, priority, community development in rural areas: Integrated programmes, health general, water, woman promotion, training, education general, capacity building, construction and rehabilitation, agriculture and livestock, cultural heritage and human rights.
4. In order to further the targeted development work, Tumaini Group Kirumi Tanzania will be ready to develop a global partinership with either local or international NGO's or development agecies in the delivery of public services and programme at large.
